    Good customer service but poor quality outfit :(

    Will start with saying I had a great experience with customer service - responsive on WhatsApp , added complimentary lining on request, provided extra material for scarf (with additional fee) and shipped internationally within requested time frame. Wish could say the same about the outfit - poor quality, synthetic feel (especially for this price point) fabric. More a pinkish beige than grey beige in description. Beading was very heavy on sleeves to the point of being uncomfortable while wearing. Unfortunately cannot recommend.

    I love the LARISA's overall elegance. The crepe and raw silk feel amazing, and the silhouette is very flattering. I just wish the embellishments popped a tiny bit more for my taste. Still a lovely choice for events!
